A 10% deposit is required to make a reservation.
You need one of the following: Current New Zealand driving license, international licenses (or English written) and international driving permits are accepted.
All our prices include GST, unlimited kilometres, AA breakdown service and a full comprehensive insurance. Rental vehicle and third party insurance is included in our rates and is subject to a an excess. This excess can be reduced by the optional purchase of our excess reduction insurance.
We operate a friendly "Meet & Greet" pick up service at New Zealand Airports. We also offer a free pickup and drop-off at accommodation in the airport area.
Office hours are from 8.30 AM till 5.00 PM. We provide a pickup and drop-off service outside these office hours, a service fee of $50 applies.
All major credit cards are accepted including: Visa, MasterCard, BankCard, and American Express.
Each day is a 24 hour Period. Please note that late returns are charged accordingly.
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank. All vehicles must be returned at the end of the hire with a full tank. The vehicle will be filled at the hirer's cost with an added service fee should the vehicle be returned unfilled at the end of a hire.
After confirmation of your reservation the following cancellation fees apply.
